Processing Time

Processing time from ordering, until dispatch, can be up to 5 business days.. This includes:

- Manufacturing

- Quality control

- Preparing your package for shipment

- Getting tracking numbers from the courier

 

Where possible, we do ship sooner depending on stock levels and general workload levels.

Once your order is placed, and your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive your tracking information by email or sms.

You will then be able to follow your package using our Tracking Page.

If your package has been delivered, but you do not know where it is, please Contact Us. We will do our best to help contact the courier to locate your item – at your request.

Please do keep in mind that once your package leaves our warehouse, we have little to no control over your package.

It is the courier’s responsibility to deliver your order within the expected time frame.

We do not offer refunds or replacement shipments for late deliveries unless 45 days (60 days for Brazil only) have passed since the shipment date.
